This agreement is between McGroarty Enterprises Inc. (and all its subsidiaries), and you, the Expert, an independent expert contributor.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Expert agrees to submit their projects according to the Project Submission Guidelines provided to them by McGroarty Enterprises Inc. The Expert agrees to conduct research necessary for completion of the project. The Expert will submit the finished project, with appropriate color photos, to McGroarty Enterprises Inc., no later than two weeks from the date the Expert is awarded the project.
PAYMENT:
McGroarty Enterprises Inc. agrees to pay the Expert U.S. $100 (via PayPal) for the complete, finished project, which includes everything outlined in the Project Submission Guidelines.
McGroarty Enterprises Inc. agrees to submit payment for the above-described project within 15 days after receiving the aforementioned project, assuming the project is in accordance with the above project description.
COPYRIGHT:
McGroarty Enterprises Inc. agrees to pay the Expert for the aforementioned project. McGroarty Enterprises Inc., has the right to edit all of the material and delete any copy or visuals deemed to be unneeded or impractical. The published material becomes the property of McGroarty Enterprises Inc. with McGroarty Enterprises Inc. owning the copyright.
It is agreed by both parties that all material prepared on a freelance/correspondent basis for McGroarty Enterprises Inc., is the property of McGroarty Enterprises Inc. In addition to owning the copyright for the print versions, McGroarty Enterprises Inc. owns the copyright for all electronic versions that may be used on MikesBackyardNursery.com, BackyardGrowers.com, or JapaneseMapleLovers.com. The Expert relinquishes “all rights” to both electronic and print versions of his or her work as commissioned and paid for by McGroarty Enterprises Inc.
If McGroarty Enterprises Inc. is required to bring an action to enforce this Agreement, the Expert shall reimburse McGroarty Enterprises Inc. for all costs incurred, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and reasonable costs of litigation. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in its entirety in accordance with the laws of this State.
