Me and my son.

Cathy is a Long Time Member of Our Backyard Growers Business Center which is why his nursery is being featured here.

We love plants as much as you do!

We are a family-owned licensed and inspected nursery specializing in berry plants and native pollinator/host plants, shrubs, and trees. Our plants are grown right here in NW PA, not shipped up from the south only to die during their first winter at your home. Plants are grown outside in a peaceful country setting, not in a greenhouse. Yes even in winter, the plants are outside. Everything we carry is perennial, specializing in 1 to 3 yr old plants with an average price of just $6.97!

Genesis Nursery, Edinboro, Pa.

We have a large variety of blueberry plants in 1, 2, and 3-yr sizes. Choose from red, gold, black, or purple raspberries as well as thorn-less blackberries. In addition to elderberries, there is a small selection of other berries including currants, Hosta, and gooseberries.

We are also passionate about carrying native plants for our area to assist the pollinators. We grow plants with the most impact that also cover the early spring and late fall months when little is in bloom – just when our pollinators are oh so hungry. We are still expanding in this area but working hard at it!

Sale weekends/days are announced on Our Facebook Page. Message us if you’d like to stop by on a different day at [email protected] or through facebook.

Find us at 7408 Sherrod Hill Road, Edinboro, PA 16412. From the light at Routes 6N & 98, go south on Rte. 98 1.5 miles. We’re the first road on the left, first house on the left. If coming from Meadville/the south, we’re the first road on the right after the Crawford County line.

We recycle pots of all sizes 3” and up, solid and “daisy” (water can go through) trays. Drop them off anywhere along the edge of the driveway, we’ll find them!

Questions, comments, mean things to say? Post them below and I will respond.
